Germanium (Ge) Crystal is widely used for the lense,
prism and window material of IR filters, CO2 lasers and infrared
imaging systems. The material is now available at GK East with a maximun
diameter of 300mm for single crystal and 380mm for polycrystal and various
shapes of rod, disc, slate, etc.
